We love microgreens and you will, too! You can add them to just about any dish and for every meal! Look below for our favorite ways to enjoy microgreens at each meal.

Breakfast Ideas

Simple Avocado Toast : Select your favorite slice of bread, spread with guacamole or fresh avocado, and sprinkle with greens!

Eggs on Toast: On a piece of toast, top with an egg prepared your way, and lay greens on top! For an edge, top with sriracha or hot sauce!

Super Smoothie: Add milk or water, ice, your favorite fruits (we love strawberries & bananas) and finish with microgreens – broccoli is our favorite! Blend until smooth.

Breakfast Burrito: Wrap a scrambled egg, slice of bacon/ham/sausage, salsa and top with greens.


Lunch Ideas

Microgreens Salad: Use microgreen salad mix as your base, or add to baby spinach or fresh lettuce. Top with your favorite veggies and fruits, and add a splash of dressing. We love balsamic vinegar & olive oil.

Sandwich or Wraps: Top any favorite sandwich or wrap with a splash of microgreens for health in every bite.

Sweet Potato Hash: We love sweet potato hash and topped with microgreens is even better! We like to add pork sausage to our hash for a meatier meal, too.


Supper Ideas

Stir Fry: Pea shoots make an amazing addition to any stir fry or lo mein dish! Just mix in at the end of cooking and let them soften slightly to develop the flavor!

Soups: Use microgreens as a splash of color & flavor to any soup! Our favorites are potato soup, beef vegetable soup, & chili!

Indian Chicken Stew: This crockpot meal is SO flavorful and then adding pea shoots in at the end is the perfect addition!

BGT’s: Nothing says fresh, like a BLT! But, subbing the lettuce for microgreens makes it light, crisp & delicious. Hint: add fresh avocado for an even bigger health kick!
